Skills & Employability
Skills Today, Opportunities Tomorrow
Why this initiative
Skills & Employability exists so learning can put food on a table without cutting a person off from their deen. The vision is a young person, especially a young woman, who can earn with a skill she actually has: a clear offer, a way to find work, and the manners to keep it. We are not promising a job. We are building the ability to look for one without being cheated or lost.
What we aim to do
- Practical digital skills before fashionable ones
- Career readiness: a CV, a sample of work, a truthful description of what one can do
- Freelancing and small trade explained with the risks, not only the reels
- Women and youth first, with family constraints treated as real
