Why this initiative
Teacher Development assumes the Academy will only be as good as the person in front of the child. The vision is an Islamic teacher who can hold a class online, correct a mistake without humiliating, follow a curriculum, and still sound like a teacher of deen rather than a content host. Certification matters only if the classroom changes.
What we aim to do
- Training for Qur’an, Arabic and Islamic-studies teachers
- Online class craft: time, voice, parents, and a child who has switched the camera off
- A shared curriculum, so every teacher follows the same path
- Mentoring for new teachers before they are left alone with a batch
